Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final for safety and hygiene reasons. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@viebody.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund defective or incorrect items.

Refunds (if applicable)

If approved for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing info@viebody.com, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
